3) Certified Public Accountants are required to take 120 hours of continuing professional education credits over 3 years. This is the highest standard of continuing education in the accounting profession.
4) Our approach to preparing your tax return is more than entering your numbers into our tax software. Proactive planning is best and your participation is vital. Once your tax return is entered, post year end tax items are considered. Your return is reviewed by another individual within the firm for accuracy. All your personal information is kept in-house and NOT sent to a third party for data processing.
Paula Sherwin
Certified Public Accountant
Paula graduated from St, Cloud State University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Within two years of graduating, Paula passed the Certified Public Accountant examination. Following in her father’s footsteps, she started her accounting career in private accounting. She was a controller to a few small companies and gained experience in managing a company, preparing financial statements/tax returns, and understanding cashflow.
With over 30 years of accounting experience, the rewards include helping clients save money and assisting with the management of their businesses.

For over 20 years, Wendy has been our client’s first point of contact and she is our in-house Quickbooks, payroll tax, and bookkeeping expert. Wendy coordinates payroll tax deposits and payroll tax return preparation as well.
